Lacking Instructions

I miss actively rp'ing Noise on the old site. Regardless of him still being a 'character', the whole organoid thing has to be put to bed...'cept he really doesn't want to.

I would have loved to have had him from a hatchling; but rp called for him to be an adult. With the mind of a child; seeing as he never actually new humans until he was 'born'. (He also turned most of the organoids on site into cute creatures for some reason, but then I won him in a zoid with gold foil for armour against a Gojulas in the competiton, and that zoid's sales went up. Lolwut)

Noise was born from the coupling of Shadow and Ambient; back when Shadow escaped for the first time. The clutch - five - were actually given as an exchange for an imperial diplomat or a town before Shadow was given to Raven. MMM continuity suggests that one hatchling died before being born - he was dropped - another was dissected for study, and the remaining three....well, one was Noise, used for a super-computer (thus his mind is still infantile even if his body has grown), 's Nemain (who takes after her father) and an unknown third who may or may not be dead.

Fic continuity is something else. Poor little Noise broke out of his shell and was thought to be a dud. Thankfully Gunther Prozen has a soft spot for lost and broken things. Noise grew to be one of the most annoying and dog-like zoids that existed on Zi. After all; a villain requires a comedic sidekick to interfere with his work. (which was why I loved rp'ing them together so much. Nothing like SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T COME WITH A MANUAL.)

It's the old argument; why on earth would someone in a position of power and a veteran of many battles....not want a organoid? Sure, no longer in active service...but a bodyguard; a test-subject, Shadow was none of those things. She was for Raven. (that's some birthday present)

Prozen doesn't get technology. Zoids are one thing. Organoids are something else. Specifically ones that make their own magnessor wings. Nano-technology was mentioned in the zoids universe as being a part of the zoid's genetic make-up, but unfolding the frame and making your wings from particles as opposed to sprouting them is possibly taking things too far. Um, it's pretty? Does that save it?

Ohh...Prozen...you should have known better than to let your organoid get used to body-contact and sleeping in your bed. Yes, it was necessary for him to survive and grow, but the problem is that he got used to it. And your bed can't take it. AND HE LOVES CUDDLES. Not good for your image, man. Srsly.
